Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or via text. Mobile massage services are available within a 20-mile radius of Stockbridge, GA (30281). Clients outside this area may be eligible for services with an additional travel fee, based on distance. The therapist reserves the right to cancel appointments outside the service area if travel cannot be reasonably accommodated. First-time clients are required to complete a brief 10–15 minute intake call at least 24 hours prior to their appointment. This is necessary to confirm and plan your session and ensure client and therapist safety. If the call is not completed, the appointment will be canceled. Same-day appointments are not guaranteed and may not be available due to travel and scheduling logistics. Advance booking is strongly encouraged. Online bookings are subject to change based on the timing and location of other scheduled clients, traffic conditions, and feasibility of travel. You will be contacted promptly if any adjustments are needed. The Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) will arrive approximately 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for setup. Clients must provide a clean, safe, private space for services, measuring approximately 6ft x 9 ft. Massage with be performed on the massage table, the massage chair or a cushioned floor mat (for Thai massage). Massage will not be performed on beds, couches, or other unsuitable surfaces. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeiture of the full session fee. Commitment to Policy: The therapist will also adhere to the 24-hour cancellation policy. Should I be unable to keep the appointment due to illness or an emergency and fail to provide 24 hours’ notice, you will be offered either a full refund or rebooking with no additional fee. If you are ill or injured, please notify the therapist as soon as possible to reschedule. If you appear infectious or contagious at the time of the appointment, the session will be canceled, and a 50% rescheduling fee will apply. Only professional, legal massage therapy services are offered. Any request for inappropriate services will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to authorities. By booking, clients agree to these policies and to creating a respectful, safe space for therapeutic work.
